Purchase and Restore Help

Open Settings in VHS Studio and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. If a purchase or restore does not work, email us with the product you tried to buy and any error message shown.

Permissions

VHS Studio uses camera, microphone, and photo library access to record clips, capture audio, import videos, and save finished tapes.

Exporting Tapes

Finished tapes export to your Photos library. If export fails, confirm Photos access is enabled and your device has available storage.

Bug Reports

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw.
